I had a bad experience when trying to order a pizza from Papa Johns. The chap couldn’t hear my phine order due to a lot of noise in the takeawy and on repeating myself 3 times I tutted on the 4th occasion to then be berated for tutting. He couldn’t hear my order but got the ache because I tutted.

Obviously I put the phone down as didn’t want any extras I didn’t ask for on my pizza.
