Meet new mummies in your area while you get fitter. Why not grab a coffee after the class together at the park café. The workout features upper and lower body conditioning exercises, so were getting sweaty with the main focus being on bums, core and pelvic floor. Each exercise adapted to your own fitness level, so if you are a complete beginner, postnatal or a regular I will be making sure you’re able to push yourself at your own level. If you are postnatal you must have been signed off from your GP after your 6 week check-up. This is 12 weeks if you have had a c-section. Currently there are no playmats or play area provided so please bring anything your little one needs to keep them comfy and happy. Please bring an exercise mat if you require one as they will not be provided at this time. Social distancing and strict hygiene measures are in place to keep everyone safe. All classes run every week including during school holidays. Booking is essential and spaces are limited so a 24 hour cancellation policy is in place. If you want to be put on the waiting list please send me a message and I will let you know as soon as a space becomes available.
