Do you wonder how you can most effectively help your children to cope with the daily stress of life, whilst making sure that they are resilient, fulfilled and calm and most importantly…happy?
With approximately 3,400 children aged 5-10 years old having a mental health disorder, and following on from the extremely successful Happy Children Wellbeing Conference 2017 and 2018, the Happy Children Workshop day on Saturday March 2nd 2019 intends to bring together a range of experts in their fields of child wellbeing, development, mental health and parenting skills who will offer workshops for you and your child/ren, enabling you to take home some amazing strategies for happiness whilst you bond throughout the day.
This is an event for parents, carers, grandparents, children and anybody who works with children!
And as statistics are showing us that 1 in 10 children suffer a mental health issue before the age of 10 (with this number increasing to 1 in 4 children as they progress through secondary school) we need to be teaching our children ways to navigate this world and reain as happy as possible.
Happy Children Workshop day is definitely the day for you, and 20% of all profit from ticket sales will go to our amazing charity – Rephael House Counselling Centre (Reg: 1109437).
**Spectator tickets available for adults coming without children.**
