– Please note that his is a fitness class and not pilates, meaning that we will be raising the heart rate during the class and using big full body movements – safely.You must bring an exercise mat and water. Hand weights and resistance bands will be used during the class. Using equipment is optional. You may bring your own hand weights and resistance bands, or you are welcome to use mine which are sanitized between each class, or you don’t have to use anything at all.
