Santa’s Abbey Line Grotto

Kids and adults are all welcome to hop aboard Santa’s festive train on the Abbey Line which will take you to his special grotto. Alight at Bricket Wood Station and follow the trail to the Grotto at St Stephens Parish Centre. There will also be Face Painting, Balloon modelling, Mini ride on ‘steam’ railway, quiz with prizes to be won, refreshments by 4th North Watford Scouts Bricket Wood and live music.

Entry to the Event ground is free.
Entry to the grotto is free if you have a train ticket. Otherwise a £3 fee applies for children aged 5 and above.
A train ticket is required to travel on the train. As it’s their Christmas event, you can use your train ticket to travel on the Abbey line service all day (7th December 19) and visit other events and attractions along the route.

A nominal fee may apply for some activities at the event.

Please note that if there is an RMT strike on the day of the event, rail replacement bus services will be running along the route. If the strike is cancelled then the rail service will run as usual.
