Classic Metal Rock Sensation Velour Fog to Hit the Road for New Tour!

Velour Fog return to the road on a new tour with rockin’ heaviosity, kick-starting on 27th August at The Horn, St Albans. They will join other rock and punk favourites including Stratton 5, No Wizard No Cry, and Calico Palace, for an unbeatable night of electrifying music.

Taking inspiration from 80s and 90s acts such as Guns N Roses, Yngwie Malmsteen, Alice in Chains, and more, Velour Fog are England’s answer to a generation just looking to have a good time through the power of rock.

They’re known as the Schwarzenegger of Hard Rock serving fans a fest of stone cold riffs, tasty licks, a smackdown of beats, and ball-dropping bass packaged into an ultimate badass show.

Velour Fog comprise of lead guitarist/songwriter/vocals Jake, rythmn guitar/vocals Herculez, drums/vocals Chainsaw Ali and bass guitarist Naois, who have been banging out melodies for over a decade.

The respected strengths of the band fuse together musically to create interesting grooves and motifs in the songs, inspired by classical music, Middle Eastern vibes and the tastiest grooves of the 2000s influences, to create electrifying riffs and tasty tempo changes in their tracks.

Their on stage presence is theatrical and boast masses of power stances to create an unforgettable and immersive experience for fans.

When asked about the inspiration behind their name Velour Fog, the band simply say it’s an ode to the man with no name, Zapp Branigan of Futurama fame.
