The Looters [60s / 70s covers, 5 piece]

The Looters are a London based 60’s and 70’s covers band averaging over 100 gigs a year. Playing well known songs from the 60’s & 70’s ranging from Buddy Holly, The Stones, Clapton, The Beatles, Creedence Clearwater Revival to Bob Marley, Bill Withers, Otis Redding, James Brown, The Temptations, The Box Tops and The Pirates to name but a few. With a wealth of experience between them they have performed, recorded or still playing with: Sir Bob Geldof, Alan Price Set, Paul Young, The Grateful Dead, Chrissie Hynde, Jefferson Starship, Manfred Mann, Vanity Fair, Chris Farlowe to name but a few:

Depending on tour dates with some of the above artists the band often have very special guests appearing with them to fill in from time to time. Never a dull moment and always the cream of musicians on the circuit today.

During the last 12 months The Looters have also been performing their rock n roll show with the fabulous Dave Briggs taking centre stage with Paul Riley on Bass, Garry Walsh on Keys and Jim Russell or Les Morgan on drums.
