Women only Bootcamp.
Upper and lower body conditioning exercises for a full body workout. Each exercise adapted to your own fitness level. Not suitable for pregnancy or newly postnatal. Please check with me before booking if the class will be suitable for you if you have recently had a baby.. Please bring an exercise mat and water. Exercise equipment will be used. Social distancing and strict hygiene measures will be in place throughout the session. All classes run every week apart from bank holidays. Booking is essential and spaces are limited so a 24 hour cancellation policy is in place. If you want to be put on the waiting list please send me a message and I will let you know as soon as a space becomes available.
