Our sales team, unlike many other agents; are professionally trained obtaining the relevant Qualifications making sure that we are compliant with all of the regulations that Estate Agents must adhere to, along with being regulated by the property Ombudsman, trading standards and a registered member of N.A.E.A (National Association of Estate Agents).

Although we do have an office that you can attend, most clients prefer a visit on the comfort of their own home, where we can bring the office to you.

• We also offer a cost of moving exercise upon every valuation carried with Alban Homes, so that you are in complete understanding of exactly how much the whole process will cost you before committing.

• We offer a complimentary relocation service, which will help[ you find your next home, be it local or not as we believe selling is just the first step of your journey.

• We are open 7 days a week, we entertain late viewings and valuation to your discretion with a professional non pressured approach.

• If you are looking to sell your home we can take care of the rest, and at the end upon exchange we will also provide you with a complimentary day spa break for two at Champneys.
