Tucked away in the lovely back streets of St Albans, The Portland Arms is a welcoming pub with real heritage. It was built back in the 1800s and its history is tangible as you walk through the door – you’ll also notice the exceptional menu, great ales and plentiful entertainment.
Our irrestible menu features a strong emphasis on local produce, with many of our freshly prepared, homecooked classics using locally sourced ingredients. There’s no shortage of choice here, with great daily specials complimenting our main menu; though of course on a Sunday, who needs choice? It surely has to be a succulent sunday roast!
